Kneeling statue was on the top of a crypt in a New Orleans cemetery. Age and hurricanes had blown off the head. Nonetheless, it was dramatic against the sky. Also see color version of this photograph in Eyecathers. Original photograph by Nadalyn Larsen.

From the Artist: I am a photographer with an eclectic eye. I shoot anything that catches my attention, whether a detail of a larger object or the expanse of a landscape. When photographing places or events, I strive to convey the feeling or impression I felt from the experience as much as sharing the scene. I like to experiment with my art, particularly creating abstract photographs. I am challenged to take my photos from the seat of a mobility device.
