A young street musician makes music and a statement with the sign on his trombone stating "Music is not a crime." Perhaps he had been hassled by the police for performing in the streets. Since this was New Orleans I doubt that is the reason. Original photo by Nadalyn Larsen.

From the Artist: I am a photographer with an eclectic eye. I shoot anything that catches my attention, whether a detail of a larger object or the expanse of a landscape. When photographing places or events, I strive to convey the feeling or impression I felt from the experience as much as sharing the scene. I like to experiment with my art, particularly creating abstract photographs. I am challenged to take my photos from the seat of a mobility device.
